KALI Mudra: "Goddess Kali Seal" or "Gesture of Transformation"
HOW TO PERFORM
1 Extend both arms in front of you, with palms facing each other.
2 Curl your fingers inward and interlock them, except for the index fingers which point straight up.
3 Press the pads of your index fingers together, creating a strong and focused connection.
Kali Mudra symbolises the fierce and transformative energy of the goddess Kali, representing strength, courage, and the ability to overcome obstacles. The pointed fingers resemble a sword that cuts through the veil of illusion (maya). This mudra is believed to help channel and harness this energy within ourselves.
