LOTUS Mudra : "Padma Mudra" \ "Lotus Seal,"

HOW

1 Gently touch the base of your palms together, allowing your thumbs and little fingers to remain extended outward.
2 Cup your hands slightly, forming a lotus shape with your palms.
3 Keep your fingers relaxed and gently curved, resembling the petals of a lotus flower.

SYMBOLISM

Lotus Mudra is a hand gesture that embodies the qualities of the lotus flower, such as purity, beauty, and spiritual awakening. It signifies the unfolding of our inner potential. The lotus, rooted in the mud, grows upward through the water and blooms into a radiant flower, symbolising the journey from darkness to light.
