Eve
Workshops
Born in Lithuania, Eve left home early to live abroad and never looked back. She sees herself as a citizen of the world, eager to embrace and experience all the cultures and traditions she encounters. That’s one of the main reasons she loves living in the UK - it’s a very multicultural, colourful and cosmopolitan country.
What she loves most in life is learning about people and the world through travels and books, creating art and yoga flows and living life fully, wholeheartedly and bravely, taking every day as a new lesson and a new adventure!
Why do you teach Yoga?
Yoga, to me, is a way of life. Maintaining a yoga practice allows me to live a healthy, joyful and balanced life. I want to inspire more people to discover yoga for themselves, and with that open their eyes to new ways of thinking and experiencing their own life.
Describe your teaching style
I seek balance in everything that I do, so I love teaching both Vinyasa flow (Yang) and Yin yoga.
Come to my strong & slow vinyasa flow classes to simultaneously train your body and your mind in a dance of moving meditation.
Come to my restorative and deeply soothing yin classes to get some space and some peace in your busy life. This class will allow you to go deeply inward, alleviate stress and replenish your vital energy.
If you were a yoga pose, what would you be?
I think I would be a Wheel. It’s a strong and a very open pose that allows one to experience themselves and the world from a new angle.
